Wingerworth Art Group

We are a group made up of local people interested in making our own art. 

Our knowledge and abilities range from the complete beginner to skilful amateurs. 

Our aim is to enjoy ourselves. We help and offer encouragment to each other and  have created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. 

To complement the weekly art sessions, demonstrations by professional artists working in a variety of media are held several times throughout the year (see the timetable and programme of events for details). The group also organises trips to local art exhibitions and related events.
